Very central to Bala

Was a bit tired and run down - seems new owners may be a little distant from the reality here. Many good times (even basics like vegetables and mashed potatoes plus 40% of the mains ) not available. Bar pumps not well stocked. Beds tiny even for normal and not great quality

I have mobility issues and was on 3rd floor, there isn’t a lift. Perhaps I missed it when booking but should be pointed out a bit clearer, staff were very helpful though and assisted with luggage.
