"Old, worn, grimy, outdated"

I THINK NOT. This hotel has become a dump. Detailed cleaning and maintenance have been deferred. The walls are banged up, common area carpets worn & soiled, cracked floor tiles, dusty heater vent grills, grimy elevators floors, dented Sheetrock, cigarette burns in carpeting, water stains around the tub, dated furnishings and decor, and a lobby as welcoming as an hourly truck stop flop house. They don’t even have USB ports bedside. This Residence Inn is not worth the $250/night they commanded (yes, I know the GB Packers played one night & they price gouged). This place isn’t even worthy of being a Marriott branded property. I’m a Titanium Bonvoy member & have 70+ nights in various Marriott brands this year.

Booked this hotel for Christmas shopping. It’s very close to the mall, great restaurants, and specialty stores nearby. Our room had a full kitchen, a separate bedroom, large bathroom, and a sofa sleeper. Loved everything about this place. Will definitely stay again.

The staff was incykind and helpful. The breakfast was really good. Our room was never replenished with towels or the bed made during our 3 night stay. The front desk said I was suppose to request that but we weren’t told that during check in. Otherwise, perfect hotel for our needs.
