for us the location in the center of Simsbury was excellent.

For what was advertised as a deluxe room the accomodations were small, the bed lumpy and there was only one small (and I mean small window). This hotel also has a restaurant but there was only very limited seating in the area set aside for breakfast and this only had a single table that could seat 2 people, which made no sense to us. In general the 1820 house was a poor value for the money spent.
