I would never go here or send anyone here. The furniture and rugs were stained. The entire ceiling is peeling. There is mold on the windows and in the bathroom. There were large dust bunnies all over. I do not know about other rooms. But this one looked like it had been forgotten. We ended up leaving and not staying here for fear of bringing something we can’t see home.

Reception was extremely friendly and helpful

Arrived late at night after an overseas journey with lots of luggage and there was no elevator, neither Booking or the hotel webpage had any indication that no elevator was available. I had to take an inferior room. When asked to be rebooked in the twin hotel in the side area I was told it was not possible but in fact another staff told me that I should have been relocated instantly.

The property and location is beautiful

The bathroom was very dirty. Hair in the tub and all over the floor. Mirror was dirty. Toilet had brown stains. It wasnt cleaned. The bed was so uncomfortable. I could feel the springs
