"Glad They’ve Remembered What Made Bonvoy Members loyal to the Marriott Brand"

I especially like that this full service Marriott hotel has remembered it’s supposed to be an overall great experience. As a Bonvoy Titanium member for many years, I’ve watched many full service hotels cut corners and remove the benefits that made us loyal to the brand. Cleanliness-especially shower cleanliness-has been mediocre at many of these hotels in our past visits. A quick wipe down so it looks clean and there’s no hair(!) have been done, but that pink slime around the corners remained, or dirty grout wasn’t cleaned. The bed in our room also had crisp sheets on the nicely made bed. The Bonvoy free continental/discounted full buffet breakfast is another important benefit—the omelet and waffle station is still a luxury, even though you are able to afford it now. I chose full service hotels for this reason, if available in my travel area, and am SO disappointed if we find they’ve downgraded the breakfast offering to more closely match the free breakfast buffets at many hotels (like the Oakbrook Marriott we used to stay at when in this area has done). The Naperville Marriott has a nice bar, nice full service breakfast restaurant and good location. The only suggestion I could make is to put USB ports or another accessible electrical outlet on the one side of the bed so one person doesn’t have to move out the heavy nightstand and determine a cord that can be unplugged to charge your phone. Only two USB ports are available in the whole room—-we couldn’t even find in the desk area. But, overall, a great stay!

"Bad management Stealing customer money"

In all my years of staying at Marriott properties this management needs to be fired. They are unprofessional all I wanted was a call to talk to manager. I got sent to several different people and never was able to resolve my issue. Only wanted to modify my reservation from 2 to 1 night. I called 4 days in advance. Front desk told me I can not change my reservation. I know this will fall on deaf ears but I’m letting travelers know to avoid a property that has poor management. It is sad that people obtain a title and then feel empowered to steal the customers money.

"Not the best value!"

The shower was too small for comfort and the room was small as well. Compared to a Sheraton which is half the cost and a third more room, Marriott will not be my choice in the future. The price was exhorbadent

I truly enjoyed myself this past weekend. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast was tastefully delicious. Our representative, Shelia Haralson, was wonderful, and Keran was very helpful in assisting me throughout the Women’s Weekend that my church sponsored. Rooms were clean. The entire staff and servers were exceptionally good. We sincerely appreciate the time, effort, and care they put into making our experience memorable. Thank you for your outstanding service!
