Really nice rooms

Room seemed to be fairly clean upon check-in. We got comfortable and I noticed a cockroach on the bed by my husband's head. I jumped up and grabbed a washcloth and killed it. I had my husband take it to the office and show the man working the front desk and his response was, "do you want a clean washcloth?" Like seriously I paid almond $90 for our room!!! I barely slept all night because I was so disgusted about there being roaches in the room.

Easy check in and check out. Good price for what it was

Mold on shower curtain,door hard to open,carpet horrible,smelled like animals.

Nice play to stay. Had an issue with the cable but an employee came right away to fix it. Only complaint- not hotel’s fault but the location is at a major intersection and traffic was very loud beginning at 5:00 am.

Our carpet in the room was very dirty. I walked across the room after taking a bath, and I had to go back and wipe my feet. The pillows are super thin and sheets are a strange feeling material (pillows and sheets seemed very cheap). There are only 2 outlets in the floor.

Everything was as expected except that our TV was never able to find a signal. We did call, and promptly had a technician come to the room. He reinitialized the receiver in the room and after start-up it never could find a signal, at which point we gave up and turned out the lights.

A little dated but clean and quiet room

Room - specifically the bathroom, needs an update. very little water pressure and no drain cover in the tub/shower. Kinda creepy. Staff was super nice the couple times I spoke with them.
