Beautiful remodel to the pool area and bar.

Hotel could use some remodeling but overall super nice.

Danielle and Brandon are seriously the best front desk/concierge I’ve ever encountered with a hotel!

I usually don't write reviews, but over the past ~4 & ~10 years, Zoe & Caleb have provided 5 Star service that is welcoming and engaging. It is hard to compete with this level of service at any other pool in the country.

The resort itself is beautiful, the entrance is grand and smells delightful. The restaurant, shops and pool are great assets to the property as well. The downstairs area is well maintained.

Once you get to the hotel rooms things decline a bit. Not only was the bathroom not completely clean (the shower area specifically) the room overall looks outdated and had an odor. If the rooms were updated, I’d love to return to this property. I’d love to see the bathtubs taken out for a stand alone shower.

I loved the view from our room and the location. Beds were comfortable and the complementary strawberry’s were delicious

The construction noise and the elevator was scary

I had a great experience at the San Luis, and most of that is because of Zoe and Zulma. their service was top tier, and I would come back just to see them!

Superb experience! My favorite part of my stay has to be the pool, specifically the swim up bar, and the hospitality Zoe showed me and my wife, my son, and his husband there! Will be coming back and thank you Zoe for being such a pleasure!

Staff professionalism, room cleanliness, and quietness.

The only thing was our shower in room 627, needed to be fixed as the shower leaks terribly.
