The romance package is not worth the money very nasty Rose and room decor was very basic was not satisfied with that

We had an amazing experience at the San Luis Resort. The room was beautiful and the view from our balcony was stunning. The staff was incredible especially Danielle and Brandon at the front desk. Highly recommend.

While I was trying to find a gym with great hotel amenities, I researched and found the San Luis Resort. Marissa answered all my questions, Cindy and Sonya were so friendly! The service is exceptional, most importantly the quality of the services and the hotel is beautiful. It’s wonderful that this is in my backyard and get to use their amenities for a really great deal!

This was my first time at the spa in the resort and it certainly will not be my last. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by navisa and she was talented as well as caring, 10/10 experience

I want to give a huge shout out to the staff at The San Luis Resort, especially Skylar! This is an important trip for me and my husband since he is disabled we chose to drive instead of fly. We had a few issues with my husband gaining access to the bathroom and Skylar was most gracious and accommodating! He was willing to do whatever it took to help! What an amazing testament to customer service! Everyone is so nice and accommodating and this hotel is beautiful!

The host, hostess, & chef in the restaurant was so attentive and that’s what override’s any short coming of food. The stay is always a beautiful scene from any view to outside as well.
