"Excellent"

The owner is very nice and friendly. Always a good vibe whether it was late or early. The washing machine and dryer were alot better than most laundromats in Gallup. Most of all the cinnamon buns and coffee in the mornings made for a great day. Would love to stay there again when the time comes. Overall 5/5. Great place to rest up.

No breakfast available. You walk in the front door and all you smell is smoke, mold and chlorine. Nastiest hotel I've ever stayed in.

"Beyond bad on every level "

Not just paint was falling off, but dropping off ceilings, someone was Smokey g pit in room just before checking in. Did exit doors did not work. Floor was so dirty socks were needed. Sandler has to be worn in yup which was filthy . Stains on blankets which were not washed . Pool was open and green …. NO breakfast as listed which is why I booked …. This pace would be shut down with any health inspector … beyond Bad on every level ….

This place will make you pay for a non-refundable room, but does not allow check-in after midnight. I was told on the house phone no one is there to check you in. Why does Hotels.Com allow this Absolutely Ridiculous. Address is listed incorrectly.

"Did I get ripped??? "

Room was very cold. Took couple of hours for the to be comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing: coffee & small dried hard as a rock cinnamon. I had to pay an extra $20 deposit that was to be reimbursed when checking out. As of today, March 21,2022 has not been refunded.
