Knights Inn Gallup at 3208 W Hwy 66

Can't say I liked anything about it, it was ok. What I didn't like was, it was raining, a lot, water was coming in through the walls. The carpet was damp. The television remote didn't work well, frustrating.

Don’t stay here. Dirty. Run down. Pictures of property obviously doctors. Rude staff. All rooms smell like smoke. It at the price point, you get what you pay for.

The Manager was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Property itself was quiet and safe. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The floor in the bathroom unlevel and feels like it's going to fall through to first floor. One bed went through in the middle.

No parking issues cause no one else was there and i wish we had taken the hint. Terrible place, dirty pool, dirtier room, nasty towels. Should be condemned. The man at the desk didn't care seemed bothered by the intrusion

My daughter found a used syringe under the bed- likely insulin needle. There were no other rooms available and clerk offered to help find another in town for me. I checked the rest of the room to be above satisfactory so we stayed. It was just a miss during cleaning. Other than the pool being cold, we had no other issues.

The bathroom floor tiles were broken, the bathtub wall had a hole. They had no breakfast even when the page said it had. Bad service at front desk

This place is not clean, completely run down, and in general not a place I would recommend. Ever. For example, the shower and tub were very old and the caulking was peeling off. My kid described it as crusty. The outside parts of the property looked like someone had been conducting oil changes in the parking, and the spaces reeked of oil. Our door didn’t properly lock; the deadbolt was fine luckily, but the extra inside lock has been broken off entirely. My daughter was so weirded out by the place that she requested we leave. We stayed, but after we checked in we never saw anyone at reception again. Oh, and there is no breakfast.

Nothing out of the ordernary

The beds were not comfortable at all. The whole room was outdated, with cracks in the wall, bathroom edges, etc. The service was not good, breakfast not included.
