Knights Inn Gallup at 3208 W Hwy 66

Bathroom light did not work due to flooding of the upstairs unit, shower curtain rod barely hanging on the wall and could not close because of the flooding from the upstairs, unit carpet saturated at the air conditioning unit due to condensate drain plugged, room worn out in general, the worst stayI’ve had in a long time and I question the toilet paper wedged into the glass vials on the side wall sprinkler heads and the only way that could work if there was a leak in the system would be the fire protection would have to be turned off,, makes me wonder don’t bother to stop there

I was just looking for a place to just sleep as we were traveling through. It was ok for it’s purpose but if I was going to stay longer it may have not been the best place to stay. It was pretty run down. Paint was peeling in the bathrooms, they didn’t have a lot of bathroom toiletries, beds only had one pillow, etc…. Customer service through hotels.con was good but when I reserved it through then the hotel never received the reservation so they charged me twice for the hotel room. At first the receptionist was not seeming like he was going to give us a room. He said I only have one person who I’m waiting for and it’s not you.

Terrible run down hotel staff never on site( call # at front desk lady showed up 20 min later in her van....told they had breakfast on web site ,after we checked in she told us there was no breakfast....she then drove away.....later had to call as keys don't unlock door to pool the owner showed up 30 min later in his van.....Pool ice cold water

Everything was good and clean. The only issue was the toilet was loose as well as the sink

The place needs restroom renovations, the refrigerator needs defrosting and a can of beer was left in the refrigerator. The pool water was cold and needed cleaning. The beddings and furniture were fine and passable.

The worst customer service I've ever had. The place seemed very creepy and dirty.

Needs alotta fixing broken door latch broken shower curtain holder..broken beds curtans are old and torn up broken toilet seat dirty towel dirty sheets stain carpets...

Absolutely disgusting owner/manager and hotel! He charges more if you check in before 4 and if you’re not out by 11. He hovers over guests to make sure of this. He gave us a room that wreaked of sweat and muskiness. Since we were there early, I asked to see another room. He said he’d gladly give a refund. He said they were sold out. Oddly enough, at midnight there were five vehicles. The lobby furniture was covered with cloth to disguise it’s disgust and age. The room furniture looked made in 1950 and too small for adults. The curtains were dirty and tore. The beds both sagged terribly. The indoor pool was ice cold. Only a gimmick to lure guests. No breakfast but all websites say there is. Marijuana smell permeated the building. This pathetic owner/manager needs banned from hotels and any chain that might have pride in their brand. The odor of the room is still with our luggage even after a day later.

The hotel is run down and hotel room was dirty. The wallpaper is peeling, caulking in bathroom is cracking and brown. The carpet was dingy. The bathroom had someone else’s hair and looks like it wasn’t swept. We found trash tucked in our bed near the headrest while we were checking for bedbugs. No bedbugs were found. The pool is green and murky. There is no breakfast. I wouldn’t have eaten here if there was, but it does advertise a breakfast. I was charged a 20.00 deposit which was said to be refutable. The sheets looked clean enough to sleep on. The shower looked like it had been cleaned but we did not use it. The room does come with a mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave which we did not use. It also has a decent size tv with direct TV channels. The photos on Hotels.com were misleading and I did not feel comfortable using anything in the room. We needed a stop to rest our heads and this hotel provided that. I will not be staying here again.
