Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center

The mansion on the hill is what I call it. Can be seen everywhere on table rock lake. The room and bed was so comfortable and clean. The view is amazing. The atmosphere is breathtaking and for the money, best place I’ve ever stayed .

Outstanding Staff - from front door - desk and everyone

I had a disappointing stay at Château on the Lake Resort Spa & Convention Center in Branson. The food was fantastic, but several basic guest services fell far short of expectations. The beds felt dated and were not comfortable, so we did not sleep well.last night slept on the couch which I’ll say was way more comfortable than the bed. The biggest issue was the lack of support from the hotel staff. Concierge service was essentially nonexistent throughout our stay, and when we tried to order room service, it went straight to voicemail that no one ever checked. The front desk was unable to offer any travel options, and there was no shuttle service available anywhere. We also had transportation problems after a series of Lyft failures and were stranded away from the hotel. Even though we were only about a mile away, concierge would not or could not help us get back. Based on that experience, I would strongly recommend driving or renting a vehicle if you stay here. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, as there was a dirty wash towel left in the bathroom from the prior guest. Coffee was not refilled, and the weekday amenities were not staffed including the inside pool being closed for the visit. Overall, the property has potential, but the service level did not match the setting or the price

Stayed here for a few nights and had a great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. Check-in was easy, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel was quiet, well maintained, and in a convenient location. It was nice to come back to a clean room after a long day. The staff always greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay

Very nice stay, comfortable beds, clean, beautiful decor. They do need a small gift shop. Great coffee/sweet shop. View of lake from decks was so relaxing!
