Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center

It was a great experience! Very clean. Pool and staff were AMAZING! Already planning another stay!

Branson excursion. No microwaves in room . 20 per day to rent. Small things were not maintenanced properly . The second floor bar was nice and food and drinks were good.

This was a beautiful hotel my only complaint is that breakfast is not included. I was here for business and brought my family, i would have loved to grab a quick bite with them before i started my day and they took off to explore. Other than that no real issues to note.

Check-in was easy. My room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well-maintained and beautiful. The outdoor pool area was attractive. Staff were welcoming and attentive: ~housekeeping checked in with me everyday ~I had difficulty using the parking registration app, (operator error), I had quick and friendly help -on check-out, there was an issue that was handled with patience and professional courtesy. Conference rooms were clean and configured correctly. Conference meal service was efficient and attentive. My only issue was with conference rooms furthest from main area of conference center - losing internet connectivity. I look forward to staying at the Chateau for future conferences. “Know before you go” - the Chateau is a cashless venue.

Beautiful location near edge of lake

Power outage due to traffic accident, however backup generator wasn’t working properly leading to 4 total outages in 5 hrs. Staff could not guarantee that it would work properly through the night so we had to leave. Staff was unresponsive to the problem declaring it wasn’t their fault.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel, the restaurant, lounge, and the sweetshop/coffee was closed most of the time.

More employees! The place was definitely under staffed.

The property was beautiful

the interior for the rooms is dated, don’t think our room had been opened except to clean for new guest it had a stale order, had to spray and open outside door for fresh air once aired out it was good.

It was clean and convenient. We liked having dining options at the property .

The charge for parking seemed a bit strange considering the number of open spaces in the lot.
