Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center

Location: Excellent couldn't be in a better area. It was close to Everything, my partner and i spoke about the fact we didn't even have to go to the gas station for gas until we got ready to go home. That is how close all our activities were. & we went to Branson Strip several times, road the Showboat, went to Branson Landing, and The Top of the Rock Ozarks Heritage Preserve. The view of the lake, the ambiance of the hotel, gorgeous. The rooms are a bit dated, could use some updates, and the $20 a day microwave option is Ludacris. Chateau put microwaves n all those rooms, please. Other than that, it was perfect, myself & my partner had the time of our lives, and staying in this hotel played apart in making it enjoyable.

The hotel staff was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a little disappointing (tub/shower combo) for a hotel built for a luxury experience. I still would’ve given a 5 out of 5 stars, but the hotel is entirely cashless. Maybe I’m a little old school, but it really frustrates me to have someone tell me they will not accept our very own countries currency. I’m certain our waitress was thrilled to receive her tip… IN CASH!

Celebrated my son's 15th bday. Loved the stay! Employees welcoming, rooms were clean and view is beautiful. My biggest complaint was no microwave in the room and the bathroom towels were small and hard especially compared to the larger softer ones they had for the pool! Would stay again though! Pools were A+

We have always heard that this hotel was one of the best. It did not disappoint. However, make sure you take your credit card everywhere because they are cashless! The room was clean and cozy! The bed made you want to just snuggle up and sleep! I loved the outdoor feel inside the lobby. We own a ranch in southern MO and it gave us that country feel!

The staff is great. The rooms are good but have not been updated since the hotel was built. They have raised the rates recently, so you would think they would justify that by updating the rooms. Worst of all they have started charging for parking. There’sabsolutely no reason for it except to generate additional cash. I have been staying at this hotel since it opened many years ago and have never paid for parking and there has always been plenty of parking. There is still plenty of parking but now you’re paying nearly $20 a night to park a car. Completely nonsensical.

The place was beautiful. Need to update your website about offering room service and the rooms are a bit outdated had issues with our 1st room with the a/c not working and then the 2nd room they put us on the refrigerator sounded like demons stuck trying to claw their way out. The beds are old and lumpy.

Stayed there for a convention for 4 nights. Dated facility, but beautiful location. Had multiple plumbing issues, ended up switching rooms. Having said that, the staff was very obliging and helpful. I found that the food and the bar was really good food and service as well as drinks. This is a great area, my first visit to Branson, highly recommend it.

As Always a great stay nice room, indoor pool and hot tub was great !! Outdoor pool was opening any day !! Staff is always friendly as usual. Great place awesome views.

This is a great place away from the Branson crowds. Great amenities and beautiful views. And the cost was within reason for a special occasion trip.
