The location is great. WE love staying near the lake and close to Silver Dollar City.

We didn't have any bedding for the fold out bed when we checked in. After staying for 3 days we had to ask for a "refresh" because we ran out of toilet paper and garbage bags

The room was a good size but the bed was a little too soft for me my husband liked it though. It was nice that there was a restaurant, and coffee/snack store and the heated pool and hot tub was amazing!!

The only issue we had was that I booked with getting a room with balcony but when we got there we didn’t get a balcony because we had dogs even though there were rooms on the pet floor with balconies. Also breakfast was buffet only and we don’t eat enough to pay that much for a buffet.

Beautiful property with amazing views of Table Rock Lake. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall the staff was friendly and helpful. However, I did have one irritating interaction with a hotel employee that will stick with me. While leaving the hotel, I attempted to use a luggage cart from the lobby, and the bellhop stopped me and said only they could use them. Although a minor frustration, it was the last interaction I had leaving the property and is a situation I've never encountered at a hotel in my life before.
