Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center

Sunsets were beautiful.

Hotel room was filthy, with toe nails and dust and hair all over the floor and surfaces. Service was terrible, front desk lied about sending help to clean our sheets a second time. The first time the sheets had blood stains and hairs, the second time the comforter had blood and seman all over it. Was told someone would be up with new sheets right away, and no one came until I sent another reminder in the morning. Had to sleep with no comforter. So disgusting.

We went for our Anniversary. Such a beautiful and comfortable hotel in a lovely setting on the lake. We always stay there when we go to Branson.

The Chateau on the Lake was one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed at. The service and amenities were excellent! I would highly recommend it! The room was quiet & peaceful, the food at the breakfast restaurant was amazing and the center atrium was gorgeous! Everything was perfect!

Loved the Chateau on the Lake in Branson Mo. The room was nice, it had a fridge and I asked them to put a microwave in the room. The mattress when I first sat on the bed it reminded me of the old spring beds the 2nd night I did sleep through the night. The balcony is cute and a very nice view of the Ozark Moutainsand Table Rock Lake. The hotel is beautiful, the lobby has a waterfall and fish. The lower level has an indoor pool, workout room and spa. Such a nice hotel with great caring staff. Enjoyed the stay and will go and stay there again.

We booked this hotel last minute due to sold out locations and I’m so glad we stumbled upon this gem. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has so much to offer including a theater room included in the stay. Free laundry room so you can leave wirh clean clothing! Pool & hot tub! Gym room! Beautiful views outside! The rooms are spacious and clean as well! I highly recommend you take your family and enjoy all the hotel has to offer. Ben and Rachael were very helpful as well as the bellhops. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

All except for check-in was amazing! We waited 30 minutes to check in and a guy who had ten rooms cut the entire line. When we finally arrived at the counter at 7 pm our rooms were not ready because we wanted close rooms. The front desk lady admitted she saw the guy cut the line but said it didn’t matter because he had 10 rooms and they were a different type so we’d still have to wait for our rooms if we wanted them to be close. The guy checked into 4 rooms and then said she should go ahead and check us in before he checked into the final 6. His cutting was clearly an accident. Her allowing it and encouraging him to check into all 10 rooms was clearly intentional. Thankfully he was kind and stopped the process so we wouldn’t have to wait even longer. As a mom with 3 small kids who traveled all day her attitude and behavior wasn’t appreciated. It was an odd experience to say the least. Everyone else was amazing! Wonderful other staff, fantastic pool, beautiful location. I would definitely book again. Don’t let one bad apple ruin the experience. The other front desk people were all very friendly and normal. I’d highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience, my family and I decided to have a spontaneous vacation weekend. The staff was wonderful, took our stuff up for us and brought it back down. I would say use the valet if you go, they were awesome.

Beautiful place , great staff, we will go back.
