Ben that works at the front desk is excellent. He is so friendly and helpful. Very pleasant employee to work with.

My bath towel was torn up. Was short on bath towels. Short on toilet paper in our bathroom. Put stuff in safe and it wouldn't open. At nearly 10:00 at night had to have staff Crack the safe open. We complained about the parking charge, so it doesn't look like you charged us for that. If you had we probably wouldn't stay there anymore. We have stayed at Chateau many times in the past and this is our first negative experience. It doesn't make sense to charge for the same parking area. It isn't new or improved. Sorry, but you asked for my feedback.

The location is very picturesque and the hotel itself is beautiful at first glance. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful however some didn't seem to know how to handle issues that came up. We had a VP suite and it was roomy but could use a touch up. At check our room was mostly clean however another traveler with us walked into trash on the floor and other dirty issues. We also had some maintenance issues that were repaired and that seem to be a common theme with other guest we knew. There were several strong disappointments with our 4 night visit. There was almost no choice for lunch during our stay. The main dinning room was closed for lunch each day and the coffee shop has very few options like refrigerated pre made salads. Breakfast was also not available on certain days in the main dinning room. The exercise room was small and pretty disgusting. There were no disinfectant wipes. no water in the fridge on most visits, and it had this putrid smell of sweat even first thing in the morning when no one was in there. The staff was told about this and the problems were not addressed.

The high point was the valet service and bell hops. Only one person at registration to provide check ins at 4:00. Long lines. Restaurants were closed during lunch. Sweet shop was open with a 20 minute line for coffee. Only one person working. Pricing seemed high for this type of property also a resort fee is charged. Staffing throughout the property is limited and not particularly friendly. Rooms certainly could use updating.

The resort is very nice with lots of amenities, you really don't have to leave the property if you don't want to. Jessa Waston, the sales manager, is very knowledgeable and an asset to this resort. If you want a lovey destination, and a resort feel this is your stop

Polvo en todas partes , mesas , lámparas , sofá. Pagué extra por un servicio para cumpleaños, pagué y no lo hicieron completo , pagué por un paquete de cumpleaños y solo recibí una rebanada de pastel , no todo lo que incluía . Desde la llegada la persona de enfrente no nos dio buen servicio .

The Chateau on the lake is really nice, right on the lake, Staff is really nice and helpful. We attended Branson car Auction which was also always great and a great time!

Went for the Branson Auto Auction. The amenities are beautiful but parking is a little disappointing. We stayed 2 nights and paid for parking although it's outdoors and uncovered. There was a pretty good auction crowd, most of which did not stay at the hotel. They took the majority of parking places and I'm certain they did not pay for parking so we were relegated to parking quite a ways from the hotel but still had to pay for parking.
