Красивая и ухоженная территория, отличные бассейны. Детям особенно понравился детский бассейн. В целом отель очень чистый и уютный.

Фото, как и описание номера, отличаются от действительности. Такое впечатление, что это совсем другой отель. В описании номера были 1 двухспальная и 1 односпальная кровати, получили номер с двумя односпальными кроватями.

Not the holiday I was expecting. The hotel is stunning our room was beautiful and the staff were really friendly. We did upgrade to a family suite with sea view which was nice but once you sit down the view disappears so I'm not sure it was worth the extra money. The drinks were probably the best I've had on all inclusive and the food was good. However we paid a lot for this holiday it's the most expensive all inclusive we've done. But by far the least relaxing this is nothing to do with the hotel but other guests. Six out of seven nights there were guests coming back to the hotel well after midnight shouting and singing in the corridor waking everyone up! I'm all for a good time but respect for others costs nothing. The hotel is like a conveyor belt for weddings there was one almost everyday. The wedding parties liked to congregate at the pool bar making it difficult for anyone else to get to it. The bottom of the pool always felt really gritty and dirty I've never experienced this before and wouldn't expect it at a 5 star hotel. Also drinks service anytime of the day is so slow worst at night though we waited nearly 30 minutes one night just to get served. Overall the hotel is beautiful and the staff are friendly but I wouldn't return.

This is our third consecutive holiday at the Olympic Lagoon hotel in Paphos, Cyprus. We arrived at the hotel to find it has gone through a major refurbishment over the winter months. One word.....WOW!!!! It looks absolutely amazing!!! From the new reception area, to the newly refurbished rooms, stunning!!!! My partner and I love staying at the Olympic Lagoon Hotel. The food is always 10/10 with a huge choice of different foods and it's presented so beautifully!! A beautiful promenade to walk along if you fancy visiting the Harbour or a restaurant. You can even have a lovely swim in the clear blue Mediterranean sea at the rear of the hotel. The evening entertainment in the theatre was truly fabulous!!! But the most important and best part about this hotel.....the staff!!!! They truly make you feel so welcome!! From the cleaners to the managers, these are the people that make your holiday experience matter!! My partner and I would like to send all of the staff a massive, massive thank you for making our stay so pleasurable!!! Thank you Olympic Lagoon, see you next year.

We first visited this hotel for our June 2024 holiday. We enjoyed it so much that we returned again 2 years later when this holiday was even more enjoyable than the first one! The hotel has been tastefully refurbished - the Reception area is completely different and the rooms have been modernised and are very comfortable. (e.g. curtains open and close automatically at the touch of a button!). The pool area is exceptional with the swim-up bar creating a sociable and pleasant area. The evening entertainment was very professional. We would particularly like to thank: Mrs Leoni Petrou, Front Office Manager, for being so helpful; Mr Anthony who is the host at the Captains Deck where the views and food make it our favourite restaurant! : Mr Orlandos who is the Operations Manager and runs the hotel in a quiet and efficient way. Lastly thanks to Ludmila for keeping our room spotless. We have been to other hotels in Paphos and Limassol, but this hotel stands out for value, location and service. We hopefully look forward to returning next year!

We recently stayed at this hotel for the first and last time. While there were several positive aspects to our stay, the service we received fell short of the 5-star standard we expected and paid for. The Positives: Location: The hotel is in an excellent location, and we thoroughly enjoyed our morning walks to the harbour. Room & Amenities: The recent refit looks good. We paid extra for an adult-only room with a partial sea view, and the view actually exceeded our expectations. We also made great use of the adult-only pool throughout our stay. The American Diner: Our dinner here was a major highlight. The staff were smiling, helpful, and clearly enjoyed their jobs. The station lead, Mahesh, was absolutely fantastic with everyone and provided excellent service. Reception: The reception staff were pleasant and helpful upon our arrival. Areas for Improvement: Communication on All-Inclusive Policies: We were never informed that there was a time cap on the all-inclusive drinks package. After being out all day, we were refused a drink at 11:05 PM. While a reception staff member kindly stepped in to resolve this for us, the female bartender took the situation personally. She became hostile and gave us looks that made us feel incredibly uncomfortable, even after we explained we were not criticizing her directly. Restaurant Seating Process: The front-of-house restaurant staff were nice, but being strictly escorted to a table in a half-empty room felt pointless and unnecessary. Main Restaurant Service: The service here was highly disappointing. We sat in the adult-only section, which had about 20 empty tables and only six couples. Despite three staff members milling around, it was nearly impossible to make eye contact. We were never offered a refill on our coffee or orange juice. Furthermore, when my wife dropped her knife on the floor, no one attempted to pick it up or offer a replacement. The staff lacked basic people interaction skills and looked as though they had given up. We hoped for a seamless, premium holiday, but the negative staff interactions in the main bar and restaurant ultimately let the experience down.
