Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht gleich gefunden (passiert) allerdings kam es dann zur doppelten Abbuchung, hatte bereits bei booking.com bezahlt

Not much at all

Restaurant closed inside, terrible bed, stains on carpet. Staff is unhappy

Hotel rooms are DATED! They can change the mattress and change the carpeting and some furniture.

Change the furniture and bedding

Proximity of the hotel to many attractions.

Non existent value for money . I inquired about the perks available to customers, a gentleman informed me “two complimentary water, WiFi & coffee.” No gym , no outdoor pool & to add insult to injury, parking is $30 nightly .

I have full paid the room via Agoda. But my card was charged $26.xx after checking out. Asked the hotel and explained it was only a pending. When I received the credit card statement, it was actually charged $77.35 with a refund of $37.45, all these strange charges without explanation.

This hotel has one of the best locations in all of Newburgh. The entire hotel could use a little sprucing up, but it is still a wonderful place to stay

Location and room size + breakfast lady very good. Front office staff a little standoff-ish
