Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Location is great.

Stated renovation is in progress but didn’t see any renovations going on. Very outdated room and mold all in the room and bathroom. Definitely needs a thorough cleaning throughout. But could not complain about the price compared to surrounding hotels for their nightly rate.

That young man was very polite and didn't all he knew to accommodate me when I say the problems in my room.

Room was very dusty and had mold in bathroom, the tile around tub, the tiles above the shower were .folded and the room was very dusty. It affected my breathing!!!

It’s close by a lot of good food , and right by a walmart if you need to go shopping , the staff was easygoing and respectful and responded quickly. They did give a good tip , if you give them a cash deposit it will come back to you during checkout. Much faster than a card.

I saw a roach

The value was cool and the location for my purpose was a plus The late night Front Desk Rep was the best!!! They need to make sure they keep her because she was great.

The Deposit needed for the stay. That's a bit too much $100. Like that's really goofy and unnecessary. Fortunately the great front desk rep didn't charge me for a deposit because you don't know until you arrive at the hotel. Booking.com needs to add that information in for people to know. Not everyone has an extra $50/$100 for a deposit.

I would rather sleep in my car than stay here again! Jail is better than this. A baby dirt diaper is better than this place!

I was very disappointed with this hotel. Within five minutes of checking in, I found a roach on the wall behind a picture frame. The room was not clean, and the ceiling had signs of a leak that was never properly fixed. The overall appearance was old, dirty, and unappealing. It felt nasty, and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there, so I left shortly after arriving. The only positive part of my experience was that the man at the front desk was very nice and professional. I would not recommend this hotel.
