Room was comfy and nice view was amazing bed was comfortable the hotel was and the atmosphere was loud but everyone was having a good time

Easy to book, easy to check-in. Room is spotless.

Room was in the south tower. Put thermostat on 60°. Feels like it never got below 80°. Hot as hell.

Just had another great visit at the Tropicana in Atlantic City. Shelley was an absolute pleasure when assisting us with the check in process. We had a great lunch at Chickies and Petes and Scott and Julio were fantastic bartenders. Then we had a wonderful dinner at Cuba Libre and Amber made us delicious mojitos and was friendly and welcoming. Thank you Tropicana!

I want to recognize an employee who turned a stressful night into a manageable one: **Kyle at the Tropicana front desk**. My daughter and I had just left another hotel in Atlantic City after realizing immediately that it wasn’t going to meet our standards. We felt uneasy enough that we walked out without even trying to get a refund. We headed to Tropicana for dinner to regroup and figure out what to do next. I tried booking two nights online at Tropicana but could only secure one. While searching for another night, I ended up calling what I thought was a legitimate reservation service. It turned out to be a scam, and my card was charged fraudulently. At that point, I was exhausted, frustrated, and ready to give up on the entire trip—even though my daughter had a volleyball tournament the next day. That’s when I decided to walk over to the Tropicana front desk, and that’s where we met **Kyle**. Kyle went above and beyond in every possible way. - He looked up the phone numbers on my cell to help figure out who I had actually called. - He checked with his manager to see if there was any way to find us a room at Tropicana. - When nothing was available, he didn’t stop there—he listed several nearby hotels, some of which I had already tried, and then suggested one last option that ended up having a room. - I walked back and forth between hotels multiple times, and each time Kyle remembered me, greeted me, and helped me navigate the situation. - When I finally secured two nights elsewhere, he immediately recognized me in line, called me over, and canceled my one-night reservation at Tropicana without hesitation (because it was easier to stay at one hotel for 2 nights rather than check-out and go to another one). - The next day, as I was walking into Tropicana for dinner, he even stopped me to ask how the other hotel was. He remembered everything. Kyle showed **exceptional customer service**, genuine care, and patience during a moment when I truly needed someone to help me think clearly. He turned what could have been a ruined weekend into a salvageable one. Employees like him make all the difference. Kyle deserves recognition—and honestly, a raise. Because of him, when I return to Atlantic City, Tropicana will be my first choice. It’s a beautiful hotel with great food, shopping, and, clearly, outstanding employees. **Thank you, Kyle. You made a very stressful night so much easier. My daughter says you're the GOAT***

We had 26 rooms reserved. We originally were in the newly renovated rooms and then the “manager” moved us to the old rooms. A/c didn’t work on some Rooms, old dusty and gross rooms. They would not service our rooms that we were in for a week even after asking multiple times. When we called to complain no one came they kept saying someone would come and they never did. We found German roaches, they wouldn’t move our room or credit Jazmine that answered the phone at the front desk was rude everytime we called.

The first room we were put in smelt like smoke and had crumbs in the chairs, we switched rooms and it’s not much better. Mold in the shower, dirty walls, toothpaste splatter in the bathrooms. I even found hair in the “clean” towels. Definitely don’t feel comfortable taking my shoes off on the carpets. Hotel offered nothing, not even to come clean the mold. Would not recommend

I want to take a moment to recognize Angela at the front desk at Tropicana Atlantic City. I arrived on February 26, 2026 at 7:30 PM, already feeling stressed because I was in town for a cheer competition. Unfortunately, there was an issue with my booking that didn’t go through. We weren’t sure what happened, and the original reservation couldn’t be resolved. Even though I did have to rebook, Angela’s kindness and patience made all the difference. She took her time to really try to figure out what went wrong and didn’t rush me at all. She stayed calm, explained everything clearly, and most importantly, she helped calm me down during a very stressful moment. Her compassion and professionalism truly stood out. Traveling can be overwhelming, especially when you’re in town for an important event, but Angela made the situation much easier to handle. Thank you, Angela, for your understanding and excellent customer service!

Window was leaking water ,room was filthy ,had bad bad allergies all night barely slept , also booked trip for the pool and it was closed !!!! Worst stay I've ever had would never do this again
