Tropicana Atlantic City – A Caesars Rewards Destination

Late in writing but I owe it to this guy. Went to the counter because kiosks were down thought why not see if there’s an upgrade. 0 expectations but 100% results. He was able to get me in a room I didn’t even know I wanted all while having a great vibe. I appreciate him making the time when others might not have. Because of him 12/10 night! You’re the man!

1. Windows are filthy. 2. I specifically asked for a beach view, instead I’m looking at a garage 3. This is my birthday trip with my family and my windows are a dirty mess. 4. Every year I come here for my birthday and 5. The views from the room are amazing but the last two times I’ve been extremely disappointed. To get a better view I need to pay the difference. Heck if the Tropicana paid attention to my requests then I would not have to change my room therefore, there’s no difference due, so my view is of a garage and rooftops threw dirty windows

Room was excellent nice clean and cozy… Check in was easy I really enjoyed my stay would come again in the future… Thank you for having me

Great value for the stay, location is great and the room is very nice. The atmosphere is great, plenty of shopping and dining inside and around Tropicana Noise levels are great no complaints there. The bathroom had a few spots especially inside of the shower that definitely needs a touch up or a bit of more deep cleaning. The A/C controls are old but still works great from what I can tell

We are staying in the Junior suite in the South Tower of the hotel. Our room is gorgeous! It’s so spacious and immaculate. 2 tv’s , a very comfy couch with a chase. It’s so nice. We have an ocean view. It’s a very quiet floor, just an amazing stay. The woman at the front desk was an absolute angel! So sweet and helpful. I can’t wait to book my next stay

I went to check out and discuss my dissatisfaction for a 300 hotel room. We couldn't get the heat above 60. No sure if anyone ever even came we were not updated about it. The bathroom sucks clogged. And alls we Heard was people slamming their door all night. I personally will never pay this much again. I even abandoned my holiday inn stay and came and stay with you and the didn't refund me so actually I spent 450 in 1 night of torchure.

Had a great time with my daughter playing the slots and going to karaoke. Great food. Great experience . We will definitely return.

Her patience, care and willingness to help stood out immediately. So professional, knowledgeable, genuinely kind, attentive and committed to making my experience a great one. Thank you for having someone so remarkable greeting guests at the Tropicana. Rabiya is truly an asset to this hotel.
