The room was extremely dirty and dusty. When I noticed how dusty the tables and tv cabinet were, I could not imagine the condition of the carpet. As soon as I laid down to sleep, I had to return to my car and sleep there instead. The Dusty environment triggered my asthma and allergies.

For a last minute stay, we were pleasantly surprised! The facility has a great location, and parts of it appear to have been recently updated. Our room was clean and comfortable, albeit a bit dated, but our expectations were definitely met. The amenity fee is a bit off-putting, as that isn't explained fully up-front, but these days, nothing is that surprising... We did obtain last minute pricing, and we found the central areas to be in marvelous condition. The outside patio was lovely, as was the fire pit area. Quiet and very comfortable. We have stayed at another of this hotelier's properties, and we found this to be a perfect addition to their portfolio. We would recommend and return.

It was outdated, specifically the bathroom. Shower could use some redoing.

Falmouth Road Race. Everything worked out perfectly for us and the staff was great! They left out water, fruit and race friendly snacks for the runners. Things worked out perfectly for us. We had a great weekend.

For the location and price this is a solid choice. The room was nice, but the bathroom was a bit icky. It had one of the smallest toilets I have ever seen, there was mold on the ceiling and the tub was stained and/or was dirty. On the plus side, the beds were very comfortable and linens appeared to be good and clean.

Great location, ample parking, friendly staff, nice rooms. The pool looked very nice but we didn't have a chance to use it. Loved the firepit but all didn't get a chance to hang out there. We were on the move in the area throughout our stay.

We had a great mini vacation in Falmouth. Hotel is close to the town, easy and safe to walk alone to the town. Great coffee shop across from hotel. Staff very friendly, room was good nice to have big bathroom vanity. We enjoyed sitting by the fire pit in the evening.
