Royalton Saint Lucia, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort

The location was beautiful and there were plenty of pool options for everyone.

The property was a little run down. Our block didn’t have a functioning lift so we had to use the stairs. Around the pool patrons were playing their own music quite loud and this was apparently acceptable. We wanted a quiet relaxing holiday not having to listen to may different musics playing across the facility

Rooms were lovely

Staff didn’t want to help, food was boring and lacked variety

The beach is amazing and great for snorkelling. We enjoyed the cafe with ice creams and coffee. The pools were nice. The breakfast buffet was quite good. The rooms were clean and tidy.

The reception staff wouldn’t honour our Booking.com price for 2 adults and 2 children when we arrived after 10 hours of travelling and we had to pay an extra £1200 for our two children as they claimed we hadn’t paid for them even though they were on our confirmation. Some staff should not be working with guests- ‘Fayola’ in the buffet area was so rude and dismissive, not even looking at us when her job was to welcome us to the restaurant and she also rolled her eyes at another staff member when I smiled at her and said, “Good morning.” We love our coffee and not once were we offered any in the morning when we sat down for breakfast- we had to interrupt staff to ask for some and felt like we were an inconvenience. For a 5 star resort these rude people should not be working here. This is a stunning resort and it has been majorly let down by the rude staff.

Good beach and swimming pools

Definitely is not a 5 stars hotel. No profesional at all the staff specifically front desk. We even saw at the buffet cutting jam with hands no gloves. Bathrooms some of the closed almost all dirty . No beef at buffet except burger. Is not a 5 stars hotel much less luxury experience. Glasses at the swimming pool are being washed with hands no sterilization process.

The landscape was very nice! And the beach was very nice!

The food was terrible! The Host at the steakhouse was rude ! She made the black people sit outside and had all the white/ Asian people sitting inside! Like A Scene out Jim Crow in the South except this was 2025!

The hotel overall was ok. Me and my husband spent our anniversary here. When we got to our room, the tub was dirty as if somebody had just left. The shower room had hair in it, as well as hair on the toilet. The cushions on the couch were also dirty. The room service was good. We did room service late night and it came in a decent amount of time. The staff were really nice. I was kind of worried from previous reviews saying that they were rude but we did not experience that at all. From housekeeping, dining, and around the resort everyone was friendly.
