Let’s start at check in.When pulling in the Valet parking attendant hurry’s up and jumps in your car before you can even go in and check in.Literally had to ask him to wait til I was able to ensure I was able to check in since I had arrived early even tho I requested an early check in.Got to the front desk the worker was rude and my room wast ready was told I would be give a call once the room was ready.I had arrived at 11:39a.m I received a call the room was ready at 3:45pm when check in is at 4 anyway.I returned to the hotel to check in around 4:05 at that time i was working with a different front desk staff who was also rude.I explained to her that I added an extra day.I was charged an holding fee two times into once case i had to check in and check out for the extra day.They do not provide breakfast at all witch is insane cause I paid 1693 for 3 nights way to much to not provide breakfast.Parking is also an not included in the room stay and for these rates parking should be free as well.Housekeeping was a nightmare each day i had to call and ask why my room was not cleaned and ask for clean towels and washrags.My last night i waited four hours before someone showed up with clean towels and rags.I AC unit is in the room and load as can be hard to sleep over.There is no ice machine on floor 12 so i had to go down floor 11 witch theres was out of service so i had to go down to floor 10 the whole staff for ice.I can go on and on about why i will NEVER stay here again.Not worth the price at all.

Atendimento no check in Estacionando valor abusivo já que na região não tem estacionamento privativo fora do hotel, e a política de não poder consumir nada que não seja comprado no hotel em áreas comuns como o jardim externo eh muito repressiva.
