Hotel Riu Plaza Miami Beach

My second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. My only complaint was dinner and breakfast, the food was overcooked with lack of flavor

I didn’t like that there wasn’t waiter service at the pool or any water stations for filling up water. Valet parking for a guest is very expensive. Beach and pool were nice.

Overall was good. We liked the room, breakfast, service and facilities. Except I requested complimentary birthday special for my husband a head of time via mentioned in our booking and called to hotel after that also but we never get one. Especially we checked in on his birthday. Just disappoint at this point.

We love ours stay,rooms clean, restaurant excellent, Riu service 100% the only reason I don’t think we go back is the vallet service, we pay 50$ day and the employees still ask for TIP, if you take you car 10 times need to give 10 timestip for this peoples or start. Be Rude, in ours least night we came late of the night and the vallet almost run over my husband foot. Vallet service score 0. The only reason I don’t give 5 star in Riu service is because the Vallet.

La suferencia que le doy al hotel es que la habitacion que asignen ocean front Que no den la que las palmas obstruyen la vista al oceano que nos dieron una asi y pedimos cambiarla Todo lo demas excelente servicio

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The king beds should, however, have 4 king size pillows instead of just 2. Also, spring for a Kerrigan in every room. Trust me, people want coffee in their room. They don’t want to have to dress to go to the lobby for coffee. Additionally, we were told we couldn’t bring coffee to our room and room service was not available. 😟
