"Room was in disrepair"

The exterior of hotel is deceiving. It is beautifully situated but the room was in total disrepair-a Forster hotel and we couldn’t get hot water for a shower the second day of our stay. ADA approved yet shower seat was broken . Would never recommend this hotel .

"terrible will never go back there. will not recommend"

Worse place ever. Was there for three nights. Moved three times. First room no heat. Unit was broken. shower regulator broken. no hot water. moved again. commode wouldn't flush without taking lid off and manually making the bowl fill with water. total disaster. place needs to shut down and do major repairs.

"Great weekend at Harborside!"

The location is excellent. Our room was wonderful and the balcony with chaise lounges was awesome! The Reel Bar patio with live music and the fire pits in the evenings was a special treat! The staff is attentive and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to a return visit!

"Ideal location, wish resort was ideal"

We were visiting for a couples weekend and overall the location was ideal, but the resort overall was very disappointing. Our room (which was $300/night) was in bad shape, felt very old and wasn’t what we would have expected for the money. Don’t plan on using WiFi while there because it was non existent. We booked through Expedia and then when we got the bill there was an extra $40/night fee for AMENITIES, that no one told us about. The fire pits at the back of the property were nice, but the drinks were extremely overpriced.
