Beautiful view . Nice rooms. Great service. The coffee machine works great all different kinds. The shuttle to Charleston was convenient and on time

We had an amazing time! Gorgeous sunset view. Thank you to Andrew the manager for the special birthday extras of champagne, ballons, and card. It made our staycation extra special!

Used to be a great and memorable experience for our family....no longer. 5 day solo trip for some alone time and to visit my daughter in Charleston. Horrible experience! Run down, loud, barking dogs all hours, screaming kids all night long, and staff that is unprofessional and doesn't care! Reported issues and they did nothing. Asked to speak to Manager and one was never available and wouldn't return calls left with staff or calls left on his voicemail by me. Really sad because I used to love this place and have such great past memories here. There are too many other great places in the area to stay rather than waste that much money at this resort.

De badkamer is wat gedateerd. Toe aan renovatie. Denk dat ze ook ontbijt moeten gaan aanbieden. Hier zijn ze niet duidelijk in. Kan ergens in een restaurant op het resort a ca. $ 20,- p.p.

Do NOT stay here! They charged me $600 over my reservation rate. Front desk no help. No manager was on site (at least that’s what I was told) for the two days I tried to get straightened out. Numerous calls to hotel only to be put in hold and no kind would ever pick up. Very poorly run hotel. There’s other complaints but I will just leave it at that. 3 nights and an extra $600 on my card

The resort is great if you stay on the BEACHCLUB SIDE where we did last year. Do not be confused, this Harborside resort is in terrible condition. It appears the place is held together internally by band-aiding as much of it as possible. It needs an entire renovation as it is filthy and worn out. As it stands - no way is it worth the expense.

Nice hotel but not as upscale as I expected for the price. The lobby and bar areas appeared more like a mid grade hotel than a luxury coastal resort.

Room was clean, staff was a step above expectations. Pool closed due to inclement weather. Enjoyed breakfast, best grits in town. Dinner was good as well. Asher is an asset to the Fish House.

It is obvious this hotel gets a lot of traffic; however, the upkeep of the property and the rooms is not kept at the same pace. This was once a premier hotel that is definitely slipping.
