"Excellent"

The staff really stood out with their services however during my stay the hotel was so busy that food options weren’t always replenished in time, sometimes not at all during breakfast.

The staff was impeccable, the grounds were impeccable, and the service was impeccable. The Shangri-La lived up to it's reputation. It was a great convention hotel.

Well maintained hotel. Staff as friendly and helpful as always. The only complaint is the location. The hotel is centrally located, but the area is not very walkable. You will have to rely on taxis to get to the mall nearby.

Decent hotel located close to the CBD. Nevertheless extremely dated. For a few more dollars, there are newer hotels (e.g. the Four Seasons). It’s an okay stay if you’re not fussy.
