The heat in my room went out and it was never fixed

This place kicked me out my room because I told them the heat has been out in my room all night. I will never go back. The staff is horrible only professionals were Wisdom and Darius

Door had gap that you could see through. Could see people walking by outside. Very loud hum from some matinee room near us. Broken tiles in bathroom. It was cheap so you get what you pay for I guess

The stay was good, with the exception of the front desk arguing and having to remove a family from right across our room. Check-in was smooth. Security deposit is $100 and they accept cash, which is a plus. They serve the same breakfast every morning, but it’s a hot breakfast. The bathroom could’ve been cleaned better.

I would like to request a refund as I didn’t even stay. I left at 3 am as there were no washrags. 1 towel. The floors were all sticky and covered with dirt and debris. Room smelled and when I pulled back the covers there was a spider. I was only there for about an hour or so and left. I will not return to the hotel and since I didn’t stay I’d like a refund. What a horrible night!

Rooms very dirty and recently dirty. Like used soap dirty, it was still in the shower. So I was moved to another room once settled into new room. Front desk clerk knocked on the door and said that i couldn't stay in the new room because it was currently occupied/he wasnt suppose to put anyone in this room or something to that nature and i was told the only options was to go back to dirty room and stay and wait on house keeping in the morning or leave and be refunded because they're weren't anymore rooms available all this was happening at 11pm So i decided to get a refund which now i gotta find a new room and wait for all the charges to my card to be refunded that was a 100 deposit for incidentials the room fee which was only 240 thanks to Expedia and plus 22.10 for some unknown reason.. It wasnt a very good experience at. I wouldn't recommend this comfort inn and suites to anyone

This property is a dump. The staff is both clueless and quite possibly racist. I'd be happy to list the very long list of indicators that suggest the good rating shown for this property was a complete fabrication. The lobby had ratty furniture, the carpets were dirty, the sink in my room was clogged with facial hairs from a previous guest, many electrical outlets did not work, I could go on. Worst condition of any hotel room I've ever experienced. I am pursuing a full refund.

I am a Choice Hotels Diamond Rewards member - their highest level. I am guaranteed early check-in, late check-out, an elite gift when checking in and other nice bonuses. I knew that for my stay I would be finished with work early and arriving at my hotel early, so I chose this business for my early check-in benefit. The hotel refused to give me an early check-in even when I showed them I was a Diamond member. Ended up waiting in my car until 4 PM. I have had other hotels actually have a made drop what she was doing to prpep me a room, but this Comfort Inn did not care to honor the rewards program. Certainly this big empty hotel had one clean room. No elite gift when checking in either. I am so disgusted with this hotel. Obviously I stay at Choice Hotels often enough to move to the top of their rewards program, but they do not alue their customers.

Hotel was great front desk clerk no so great. The desk clerk barged himself into my room accusing me of smoking and proceed to go through my things including my trash. I tried to report incident to no avail. I have never been profiled before and this was way out of line.
