The room was basic and provided what we wanted it for. We was in the area for a reptile show and just needed a place to sleep and shower.

Property is not a problem .I had to stay in my car for several hours because they couldn't check people in, I ended up missing my event. Some customers cancelled their reservations to go elsewhere.

Great service, comfortable, clean. Just wish I had a little more space and bigger tv.

The curtains were dirty. The air conditioner/heat smelled real bad. It bother my allergies. The carpet was not clean as well. I didn’t enjoy my stay.

The receptionists were very disrespectful. No sense of customer service at all.

It was okay. Same ole sausage and scrambled eggs for five days in a row. Didn’t make my bed one night.

Our wash clothes had pubic hairs on them so we had to go purchase wash rags and towels. Both bedding comforters had stains on them and the refrigerator was unplugged which caused the room to have a smell to it when we checked in. There were also a few nets on out room due to the trash in the hallway not being taken away as often as it should have. The room was ok besides the few issues we encountered

The hallways and elevator smelled like marijuana everyday, the elevator was filthy and the property is in general disrepair. Hot water, but little to no water pressure in shower. Very old and definitely not a return visit.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to request for your room to be cleaned. Trash containers by elevator and entrance door overflow for more than one day. My husband offered to the front desk to empty the garbage for them because it wasn’t a good look to see trash everywhere you turn. I will certainly remember that hotel in Matteson and never to use it again. We stayed in other Comfort Inn, they were not like that. Comfort Inn, Matteson, Ill need to revisit their corporate policies.

Had to have my card Reed for five times didn’t appreciate that and also the breakfast serve was only from six until nine normally would be six until 10
