Very unprofessional. Watch out for extra fees . Even if your trying to save money but staying here don't !!!!

Front desk person was very nice. Room was okay. A/C was leaking all over the floor. But worked for a spot that we just needed to rest over night.

The overall experience was good, finding the turn to get to hotel was a chore since it looks like you turn into dollar general parking lot. The over all room itself was small for a king size handicap room. It was tight maneuvering a wheelchair and other luggage. The bathroom was the area that needed some extra attention, there was a bug and what looked like a leak coming through over the shower ceiling and had some mild mold on tile wall up near ceiling. To be fair there was also a huge leak in the hallway right outside the room so much so they had a bucket and signs saying wet floor so the leak I believe traveled to the room. Other than that it was an ok experience.

In expedia it says there was a pool and when we came the pool was broken. Our kids were mad

Almost none of the tv remote actually control the tv, other customers from other rooms were complaining as I checked in and the staffs response was “turn on the tv, control the volume with the bottoms on the actual tv”. There are extension cords going into and out of walls to facilitate power outlets. The “breakfast” is mostly FROZEN waffles, eggs, or chicken Patties left on the counter to thaw and be heated in microwaves or toasters. And from the bite I took of the waffle I heated up, and immediately had to spit out, it was left out to get stale from the days prior. Breakfast area/checking/elevator covered in “awards” from 10 years ago by the way, as if to pretend they have any quality nowadays. Also, I don’t know how run down the bottom two floors’ rooms are but this is the third and final time I’ve stayed here and I always end up on the 3rd floor, despite the hotel being mostly Empty. Advertised pool is down for maintenance as well, looks like it’s been that way for years.

The room have and hotel had bedbugs and roaches

The property was unkept. The hallway floors were dirty and trim work coming off… our room the smoke sector was covered with a plastic bag… ceiling paint missing and noticeable water damage and peeling… door to dresser wouldn’t stay shut… smell in hotel…. Nothing like it’s advertised on Hotels.com

Would gine two stars, wasn't exactly the best hotel, air-conditioning barely worked. No breakfast options and the hotel looks run down, what made me decide to give it a 1 star, was when i went and got a show and a roach crawled out the faucet, i highly recommend no one to ever stay in this hotel, pay the 10 $ more for something better
