Easy check in, clean room, staff friendly grass needs mowed

The outside had dirty mattresses and beer bottles all around the dumpster. I don't think it had been mowed once all summer. The inside smelled like garbage and weed, the elevator didn't work so we climbed 3 flights of stairs to get to our room. The rooms were outdated, with uncomfortable beds and bathrooms that hadn't had a deep clean in a very long time. There were dark hairs around the base of the toilet and inside the shower. We couldn't wait to get out of there the next morning.

This was what you'd expect for the price. Had a decent shower and a comfortable bed for the evening. No complaints. Definitely some improvements happening for the future.

Room wasn’t really clean. Not enough towels for room. Carpet smell like dogs

The property was dirty and ran down. There was broken down outdoor furniture and overflowing trash near the entrance. The carpet was old and stained. The bathroom did not have wash cloths and when I asked for some at the front desk she walked away and I waited for awhile and gave up. I came by later and there was one wash cloth sitting on the check in counter, which I doubt was sanitized recently. Overall I would only recommend staying here if you need a bed and bathroom with no frills. Very disappointing.

The pool was closed for renovation. The staff was friendly but the facility was not clean and in disrepair.

Not clean. No shower curtain what’s with that?

In need of renovations. Breakfast was not good very limited and not even sure what some of items were. Would not stay again value not worth the money.

The property is absolutely disgusting black mold and bugs in the room front desk also demanded a cash deposit upon arrival. They refused to put a card on file for incidentals. I wouldn’t stay here if it was the only hotel in town. We ended up checking out after 10 min and moving to a different hotel.
