It was love at first sight! From the traditional beams to the hardwood floor this place is every bookish girls dream! Great attention to detail to the decorate and the location is perfect for exploring the town. The amenities were modern with a well stocked kitchen and facilities.

"A cosy and peaceful haven at the heart of Hay on Wye."

Central location but quiet inside making it a peaceful haven in a popular tourist town. Well equipped with what a visitor for a short/medium length stay would need. Instructions for entry were clear and helpful advice about parking nearby was appreciated.

Ideally, it would be good to have a short vertical rail on the stairs where it changes direction towards the kitchen. That would make it easier for someone with reduced mobility to descend the stairs.

Wandering around the town, enjoying the atmosphere, antique shops and crafts. Some lovely little pubs to visit and our accommodation was really smart just what we wanted

Very charming apartment in a perfect location at the city centre. Very silent place with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable and spacious living room and bedroom. I totally recommend it!

"Suitable for a brief stay"

The property was well equipped, large comfortable bed.

It was not completely suitable for older guests, especially tall ones, but the ‘en suite’ was a bonus. Parking was an issue but fortunately we managed to load and unload close by but had to move the car a few times during our stay.
