Location

No mini bar. No good light to work in the room. No plug close to the desk, no toiletries. The door of the shower didn’t close properly which makes the water go outside. No reception attendance all the time and one not very willing to help.

Great location. Large room

Shower pressure was laughable. Limited provision of necessities I.e. no tissues, no coffee, no hand or body cream, no minibar. Toilet paper was very cheap. Could have been cleaned better. My bin was not emptied and hair was in corners of shower/bathroom.

Some of the front desk staff were lovely and helpful, others less helpful.

room did not feel clean - blonde hairs on towels, a leftover hanging towel in bathroom, kettle still filled with old water, mugs with stains. a shame given the price
