The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It made the stay very pleasant.

Nothing as such but would be nice if they would let the guests know about each nights entertainment

I would give this place a 5 star rating, w/ the exception of 2 complaints, but if you can look past those, then yes, a 5 star!!! The only 2 complaints I have, is the check in process took way entirely too long!!! And it wasn't just for us, I noticed that for others while we waited & talked to others & everyone said the same thing. The 2nd thing was they need more outlets in the rooms. Only had 3 wall outlets w/ just 1 plug in at each outlet (1 at the table & chairs, 1 in the bathroom & the other at the wet bar-for the coffee pot). There is a plug in by the bed, but it's just 1 usb plug in. Not to add a 3rd complaint, but our group had 2 rooms(3 people in each room) & were wanting the rooms close together(at least on the same floor). The best they could do was 2 floors apart :( Wasn't a huge deal, as we wound up calling each others rooms to get with each other, but was a little upset they couldn't get us at least on the same floor. Positive stuff : HUGE SHOUTOUT to some above & beyond staff members that made the stay even better than it already was : Haydee(pool bar & supervisor), Madeline(pool bar), Luis(pool bar & supervisor) & Miquel(pool bar)(i hope i spelled everyones names right). Overly friendly & always smiling(all staff)! Even got some hugs from a couple of em. Plus an extra shoutout to Haydee for an extra surprise for us for dinner at the Steakhouse! All in all, staff was great, rooms were comfy & large, VERY clean place, nummy food, fun pool games & as soon as you stepped off property in the back, you were on the beach-major bonus right there!!! PS Side note on their beds : we asked for 2 queens & we got 2 ex long double beds. Made that work by pushing them together for myself & my husband. We had a 3rd person in our room, who slept on the pull out sofa bed. All beds were very cozy! Our group of 6 have all said we would DEFINETLY come back here!!! Great time!!

Check-in is at 3 yet the restaurants close around 4 so if you're on a flight all day and then get to the hotel you have to wait until 6:30 for a meal and the restaurants turn you away even if tables are open. I was told no reservations needed but when I got there and obviously tables were empty, I was told a couple times they were full for the night. It would be nice if the bars had appetizers not just drinks and the room service menu is horrible - not enough options Capping the thermostat where it only goes to a certain temp is also unacceptable especially for women of a certain age...we tend to get hot over night

Muy mala y poco variada la comida. Pésimo sistema para cenar en restaurantes temáticos (casi imposible usarlos). Pocas opciones de comida. Patéticos los shows y opciones de entretenimiento.

We just returned from our honeymoon at the beautiful Riu Palace Antillas, and we're already missing it and counting the days until we can return! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The service was truly top-notch, the most hospitable staff we've ever encountered. They practically read your mind before you even had to ask for anything. We were absolutely spoiled from start to finish, and every penny was worth it. This was our first visit to Aruba, but it definitely won't be our last. The food and drinks were phenomenal, with plenty of delicious options every day. The hotel itself was immaculate, honestly as clean as a surgical room! The attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. The beaches were absolutely breathtaking, and the sunsets were some of the most beautiful we've ever seen. The constant trade winds kept the weather perfect, and the ocean water was as warm as bath water. Aruba is also one of the safest places we've ever visited. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and laid-back, it's impossible not to embrace the island lifestyle while you're there! Even the gym exceeded our expectations. It was clean, well-equipped, and never overcrowded. We visited during the resort's slower season, which made the experience even more relaxing and enjoyable. We fell completely in love with Aruba and with Riu Palace Antillas. If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful, adults-only getaway with exceptional service, amazing food and drinks, and stunning beaches, look no further. We can't wait to come back! One thing is certain: Aruba has stolen our hearts. ❤️ 🌴☀️🍹

Localização na melhor praia. Funcionários simpáticos, com destaque pro Vavá (brasileiro) . Comidas espetaculares para um sistema all inclusive. Internet boa. Instalações confortáveis. Bebidas de bom padrão.

O único ponto que temos a reclamar é o sistema dos restaurantes “especialidades” . Não poder fazer uma reserva ou fila virtual e ter que entrar numa fila física às 17hs (eles abrem às 18) , quando vc pode estar aproveitando na praia/piscina, é totalmente sem sentido. Sem contar que por vezes vimos muitas mesas vazias e filas seguiam formadas. Acabamos não experimentando nenhum deles, por ser um sistema sem inteligência .

This hotel was a let down. Service was slow and the rooms were not cleaned well. We had to ask for towels many times. The cleaning staff did not seem happy nor were they friendly. The food was not 5 star, the meals were never at the right temperature and nothing had flavour. Another issue was food and glasses being left in the hallways and not picked up for hours or days, even though cleaning staff were present. The elevators were sketchy and we heard people actually got stuck for hours in them. The gym was fine but they need to make sure there is water for guest as it gets really hot. The pools were pretty nice but the crowd at times were very drunk which made it annoying. I will not return to this resort. The holiday inn was much better.
