Riu Palace Antillas - Adults Only - All Inclusive

Absolutely worst resort we have stayed at...my husband and I stayed at a Riu in cancun and loved it so when picking our vacation destination we made sure it had a Riu BIG MISTAKE..1st off when we checked in we were told restaurants we 1st come 1st serve you can not make a reservation...ok not a problem unless you dont stand in line for an hour before they open because they only serve food from 6pm-730pm or you can eat at the disgusting buffet which had the food backwards food that should have been hot was cold and food like fruit and salad was warm..once we head to our room bell hop tells us beach and pools and beach close at 7pm no where on their booking site is this stated who closes a vacation destination pool at 7pm? Then we paid extra to have a full ocean view we got a view of the roof,once inside we realized the AC was locked at 68 it is hot in Aruba i am a heavy girl and want to cool down after being at the beach or pool.Food was absolutely terrible the steak house was good but that's it ...very limited on restaurant the female staff was enjoyable especially Maria she was our server at the steak house but most of the males were rude my husband asked one of the bartenders to stir his drink he handed him a SMALL wooden stick when my husband replied what am i gonna do with that he very irritability took his drink and half ass stired it all liqueur sat on the bottom..I asked for an extra towel for I have a lot of hair never got it even after manager called my room twice and I even asked him still nothing went on an UTV excursion which was amazing( not the resorts tour) but came back to no towels in the room had to try to dry off with a hand towel when my husband went to ask for towels he was told the company didnt bring them and he would leave a note i was irritated so i went down was told there was no note but they would get me 3 towels still only got 2...elevators were always broke down leaving guest standing for 10 min or longer for a elevator for $650 a night this was terrible completely ruined the Riu for us Aruba could have been am amazing vacation but we obviously chose the wrong resort if we could have gotten a refund we would have and tried to book else where

Very nice amenities. Food good. Housekeeping great, amazingly clean overall. Took several trips and was happy with the results. First time here, not disappointed. Will come back.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta!! Playa, discotecas, comercios...todo cerca. Habitación Élite con excelente vista.

Deben mejorar la comida. No es mala pero si la pueden mejorar. Pagar por el servicio Élite Club no hace la diferencia...el trato es el mismo, si tienes que tener una palapa debes de levantarte a las 6am para apartar una a pesar que no se puede apartar. Tenias que llegar tipo 4pm on5pm que es cuando la gente se levanta para tener un buen lugar. El beneficio del Élite es tener bebidas premium en la habitación y un bar exclusivo de estas bebidas y un restaurante que solo tiene Cenas para lo de este club. No hay mucha variedad.

Food not impressive. Nothing was ever hot and what was supposed to be cold was warm like it sat out too long. Pool over crowded with very drunk people actually vomiting on the ground. We paid way too much to be around that crap. Service providers were great until I mentioned the pool puking at the front desk and was told that’s just the way it is sometimes.

Very few staff are friendly especially at front desk, bar and cooks at buffets. TV is not working so front desk is not answering calls, Gloria our house keeper and Brian our server at pool we’re wonderful! Other than that I felt like I was bothering the staff if I had a question or needed a drink. We are currently at resort and leaving Monday 5/4/26.

Its hard with food i have stomach issue everythin got sauce or season i have stent in stomach so i need bland food

Que son muy estrictos con el checkout y aunque te dejan dejar las maletas y te dan un vale para bebida y comida te quitan el wifi y no hay muchos espacios donde estar

Just got back after a week (4/18 - 4/25). First class resort. Friendly, helpful staff. Top shelf liqour . Remini and Krystal- superb food. Buffets - above average for buffets although food needs to be warmer. Get up early for palapas on the beach and chairs by the pool. I will definitely be back.
