Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Birch Run-Frankenmuth, MI

The place was so gross. Felt like I couldn’t even walk on the carpet barefoot. Stains everywhere. The walls and curtains were so dirty. The comforter in our room had clearly not been washed. Makeup and dirt all over it. Our toilet broke our last night. We told the front desk and nobody ever came to fix it or see what the issue was. Was left using the bathroom without flushing. There is a difference in being outdated and simply just downright dirty. This place was awful. Will not stay here again.

The staff very nice and helpful. The room rates quite costly. Carpeting throughout was stained in lobby, hallways and the room. Set of curtains broke, coming off rail. Put in handicap accessible room, question

The room was dirty. The door to the room wouldn't shut.

The AC struggled to cool the room on a 75 degree day, the windows did not close properly as the frames were swollen and cracking and the window locks broken

The property was run down. Bugs in our room, toilet ran, curtains were falling off the windows. Stairs had been blocked off so could not use. Elevator was wotking, thank the Lord. Do not stay here!!

The hotel needs some elbow grease for sure. You can see that its worn but its convenient for the Frankenmuth autofest and that was what was important to us. The staff was great.

Looked as if they are doing some work on property- which seemed to be needed. Our room was quiet and comfy and close to restaurants and shopping. Would stay again.

Room showed its age

The bathroom smelled like sour urine....the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke

This property is in need of a MAJOR renovation. The smell in this hotel is nasty and the filth and rooms are disgustingly. Our carpet was not suitable to walk on, curtains where falling off rods and filthy dirty
