Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Birch Run-Frankenmuth, MI

Peculiar smell about the entire facility. Front desk said had fire department and gas company come out. Unable to pinpoint source. Suite was very nice, shopping, chicken, etc , excellent.

Country Inn used to be excellent property but this one needs an upgrade.

Nice well stocked breakfast buffet both days we stayed. Clean well maintained hotel. . Nice neat room. Limited TV channels. Beds were comfortable except the pillows were small. Next time I’ll bring my own pillow.

Stained toilet, doors with gaps, ceiling patch job without paint, visibly dirty carpet, unfriendly staff. Would not recommend.

This place is an absolute dump. I wouldn't dare remove my socks and nearly slept with my shoes on. Elevators, hallways, pool area, room...all pretty gross. The place smells also...and other folks in the hallways mentioned the same thing. They should close until the remodel is complete and they find enough staff for the front desk and cleaning crew. I would never stay here again.

The lock didn't work when door was shut. Room appeared clean, but the smell in room was mildew like. The Continental breakfast had 2 spoons of eggs left, 3 sausage and curled up French toast. No one came to refill, even though she did check it. This as at 945 am. The clerk at checkout at 6am needed to stay in bed. Less than friendly, asked for a printout of bill and she gave me a statement with zeros as my total paid. Had to go back in and ask again. Very disappointed.

Hotel was very dirty. First room had a moldy smell. Changed rooms. Second room had a smelly bathroom. Carpet was truly disgusting.

Very out dated, uncomfortable. Management could not supply more pillows. 3 pillows for two adults and a child is unacceptable.
