There were no extra pillows. Carpet and furniture is tired. Location was good but, there were questionable characters in the back of the hotel (where my windows were) at midnight.

Nasty hotel — there’s no way this is acceptable in any circumstance. Dirty, old and loud. Every inch needs to be remodeled. Does Radisson feel it’s okay to have such a disgusting hotel because of the Flint location? Unacceptable!

This hotel is far below par. A total waste of our points. I wish I had read the reviews before booking. The worst anniversary my wife and I have had in 53 years. Starting with the lobby, the odor was so strong that it caused a flare up of my emphysema. Then we were told that the whirlpool was non functioning (great), got to the 3rd floor and there was construction going on with a strong paint odor and dust everywhere (another irritant to my lungs) Upon entering the room the door was cocked because of a hinge coming loose at the top, the blackout curtains were pretty much shredded, the toilet rocked on the floor and the seat was loose. They put an oval seat on a round toilet to top it off, there was no tub, just a walk in shower that looked like it has been installed by an amateur. The remote control for the LG tv was generic and you couldn't use any of the TV functions, and there were no external buttons on the TV. The breakfast on Tuesday consisted of watered down eggs and heat and serve sausages, on Wednesday it was more watered down eggs and biscuits and gravy, no breakfast meat. The only upside was the night manager on Monday that literally came to our room with a replacement remote. , she was very kind and accommodating.
