Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Birch Run-Frankenmuth, MI

No phone, no hair dryer, no extra toilet paper in room. Had to go to the front desk to get hair dryer.Electric plugs did not work, basically I unplugged the lamps so I could charge my phone and IPad. The person at the desk said that many people have complained about the same problems. Never again or recommend this place..terrible!

Not good

This place felt more like the Bates Motel meets a trap house, not a Radisson-branded hotel. Room Conditions? Horrifying. Stained comforter, dirty toilet, wrinkled “clean” bedding that looked like it was dragged out of a storage bin. I requested replacements — never got them. Ended up with a single blanket for the night. Amenities? Barely Functional. Most outlets didn’t work — couldn’t charge my devices. The toilet? Not even properly cleaned. The entire room seemed untouched by housekeeping. Locked Out at Midnight. After a long day at the water park, my key didn’t work — not once, not twice, but THREE times. Even their master key failed. My 4-year-old and I were stuck outside the room for over 30 minutes before we finally got in… and chose to pack up and leave at midnight. This was supposed to be a restful family getaway. Needs updating, replace old furnishings, paint

The property is dated, pictures of famous guests that have stayed there have been dead some 10-15 years. Spill stains on room carpet, Kleenex stuffed into bathroom floor (we were in room #218) corner, no sanitary tape on toilet. Was it cleaned??? Convenient to shopping (Birch Run) and Frankenmuth, pleasant staff, great breakfast service. Air conditioning worked fsirly well.

Didn’t have the room we reserved, to “compensate” us for their failure, they put us in a tiny dirty room with Thorne curtains, messaged up carpet, stained mattress, barely functional windows, no toiletries, hallways and stairs ways had trash all over the ground, it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks.

The property did not have an operational pool & hot tub due to waiting on county inspection from repairs. I chose this location for those items specifically and was disappointed to not have them.

Nos ofrecían dod cuarto con Jacuzzi y estaba todo feo el jacuzzi , estaba cerrada la piscina y no había desayuno incluido y los toiles se movían Olía mucho a humedad y el precio no fue barato , anteriormente ese hotel tenía muy buen servicio. No creo volver a este lugar ni recomendarlo , lo siento

They need to redo the inside of every room, which they are, but not during 7-noon please. And they need to clean the rooms. There shouldn’t be hair in shower strains or on the floors. Eww! Free breakfast was decent.
