"Excellent treatment"

The airline moved my flight and I was not able to comunicate with the hotel, neither I arrived on time to make the check in. At first they told me I could not get a room, but the barman remembered me (I am a frequent customer) and when Angel (reception) realized, he made a huge effort to give me a room and hold the price I had at first. Excellent service!

"Stay and breakfast"

Great place to stay after a long flight. We were able to check in 2 hours early, which is very convenient. The next day we had breakfast and had an amazing experience with the help of Salvador & Moises. Top notch service and amazing food available. We will be back thanks to the great people at this hotel and over all experience.

I fell on the ramp entry to the hotel. Diego took care of me.First, he helped me up, then he offered me a wheelchair He offered an anteseptic spray and made me a bag of ice. Finally, he immediately took my husband and I to our room. Thank you Diego

My experience at the Hilton Mexico City Airport has honestly been the best. Every time I stay here, everything exceeds my expectations. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time, we felt comfortable, relaxed, and truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. What really makes this hotel special is the staff. The front desk team is incredibly proactive, professional, and always ready to help with anything you need. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is smooth and enjoyable. Even when I’ve stayed here on my own, I’ve had an incredible experience. The service is consistently excellent, and the atmosphere makes you feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Mexico City. It’s always a pleasure staying here, and I look forward to coming back again.

"Food is amazing"

My wife and I went to Mexico City for a couple days and we stayed at Hilton in Mexico City airport. We decided to stay in the hotel after a long day of sightseeing. We ate at Bronco Blanco for brea and dinner. Our server in the morning were very attentive and made awesome lattes. For dinner we had pork belly quesadillas that was amazing. Our server Salvador and Alejandra for dinner were also very attentive . We had pollo en su Hugo and it was cooked perfectly Aaron and Kevin made our dinner memorable.
