Ikos Andalusia

I am struggling to put into works how amazing this holiday was but just for context we’ve booked to come again next year.. This was our 2nd Ikos stay after Oceania last year, we always come this time of year due to our anniversary and I just don’t think I could go anywhere else now to celebrate. From stepping out of the tfr to stepping back into it we were looked after amazingly throughout the week. The staff - I’ve never met so many polite and helpful staff anywhere, they literally went above and beyond and it definitely makes your holiday when you have such nice people around you. Food - the food is just next level, Michelin quality and we enjoyed every single meal from the buffet to the restaurants to room service.. I actually was in a food coma still for 2 days after coming home. Rooms - we were kindly upgraded when we arrived due to our anniversary and was in block 11 and we thought it was just perfect for our family of 2 adults and 1 child. It had the most perfect views of the pools resort and the sea. Pools- the pools were lovely and very reasonably heated, the service around the pools were amazing I never went 20 mins with an empty drink.. they certainly get their steps in Local drive experience - we booked the Tesla for a day and well we did have a fright at one point. We got in the car drove to a few places, beaches shops etc then drove into Marbella and parked up and got out. When we arrived back the car had a massive scrape down the side and we panicked and drove straight back only to find it was done previous but as my son got out the other side of the car on the previous places we visited we didn’t see it so we did have a laugh about it. Kids club - my son is at a funny age of 11 So the normal kids club ended up being a little boring but wasn’t old enough for the teenage

The reviews are all true - this resort is amazing!!! From start to finish the staff cannot do enough, so attentive and so many of them! I love how they all greet you wherever they meet you - a nice touch! The accomdation is modern, clean and goes above and beyond anywhere else we've stayed. We were in 2 minds about booking in October due to weather concerns but we needn't have worried, it was a solid 25/26 degrees all week with not a drop of rain. We really appreciated the excursions to Puerto Banus and Estepona as it helped pass a couple of mornings with 2 toddlers in toe constantly demanding the pool. We took the tesla to Ronda and we thoroughly enjoyed, what an authentic spot. Only gripe would be the recommended parking in Ronda is tight so be prepared. The only issue we had for the week was kids on bikes going around unsupervised late into the night and I know this is something others have raised. Obviously there's a question of parental responsibility but we feel a better solution would be that the hotel request bikes to be returned by a certain time. All in all we had a fabulous week and can't wait to visit our next Ikos Resort..we are hooked😁

Our week at Ikos Andalusia was not only truly superb but it exceeded our expectations. Having had an excellent week at Ikos Dassia earlier this year we were sceptical that we'd have the same experience given it was the very last week of the season but we needn't have worried - it turned out to be absolutely brilliant. The dining experience is an important part of the Ikos experience and being familiar with the variety of restaurants from our Dassia trip we had high hopes of some great meals and we weren't disappointed. We had some excellent meals and some equally excellent service at every venue we ate, not only in the A la Carte restaurants but also at Flavours Buffet where the quality and variety was really noteworthy at all times of day. It was lovely to see the chefs preparing the food in front of you and showing such obvious care and attention to their dishes. We had some superb dishes throughout the week paired with some excellent wines - in many cases thanks to recommendations from some very knowledgeable sommeliers. As for our accommodation; the room we ended the week in was quite simply the best room we have ever stayed in at any location, anywhere, ever. It simply could not have been better. We have one person to thank for that and we can't thank him enough - Christos. I hope you know how grateful we were, we felt unbelievably fortunate. In addition to our hero Christos, there were so many individuals who assisted us through the week with great customer service (Mikaela, Yiota, Elen, Pablo to name a few) but there were so many more behind the scenes who we didn't see directly but do brilliant work. The chefs,the kitchen teams and front of house restaurant teams do amazing work considering how long their opening times span and having eaten both early and late in sessions the consistency throughout is incredible. Huge credit to whoever coordinates the training to maintain the standards. Got to give a mention to David as well who took the time to show me some invaluable calisthenic tips when he saw me struggling in the outdoor gym - much appreciated. Not only was the room superb but the grounds and common areas were immaculately maintained - again, so many people doing great work that often goes unseen. The care and attention given to all aspects of the resort were evident throughout which, given it was the final week of the season, was extremely impressive. All in all, an absolutely brilliant week and we have no doubts at all that we shall be returning.

Fantastisch verblijf, kleine minpunten in de kamer Wij houden normaal niet van all-inclusive, maar Ikos Andalusia is echt next level! Meerdere à-la-carterestaurants met gerechten van hoog niveau, een geweldige ervaring. Wat een heerlijke plek om een paar dagen te ontspannen. De bedden zijn fantastisch en de kamers super schoon. Minder prettig vonden we het meubilair: er zaten veel vlekken op en de bank in de kamer en op het balkon was kapot. Het was de laatste week dat het hotel open was, maar dit hoort eigenlijk niet bij een 5-sterrenresort. Het personeel was daarentegen echt geweldig – vriendelijk, professioneel en altijd klaar om te helpen. Service op en top! Vandaar 4 sterren van de 5. 🌟

IKOS Andalusia is an exceptional Hotel and the staff are totally committed to making your experience a truly memorable one, as we returned for our 4th visit to this location. On arrival we were recognised and made to feel so special, especially by Dennis, who took control and stayed in regular contact. Our room was available immediately and the Sea View was class and so relaxing. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, which we love and a very special mention for Darko and Marta (Pool Bar), as they immediate recognised us and went out of their way to make us feel like "Family". We love the IKOS culture and this Hotel, with amazing staff, Dennis, Darko, Marta, Josh (The Socks 🧦) exudes this, which is why we will be returning in 2026. Food, Drink, Entertainment, Facilities, and Weather are brilliant and we love the super sunrises and sunsets, which are stunning. IKOS Andalusia is well worth a visit, as Dennis and his Team will truly look after you during your stay, so get on and book it in and have an exceptional holiday.

IKOS Andalusia is the most wonderful setting with outstanding standards and the most attentive staff. Amazing food and variety of restaurants is superb. One colleague particularly stood out for us in terms of professionalism, high level of service and fantastic sense of humour, Ildiko - thank you so much for looking after us so well.

This was our second stay at an Ikos hotel (the 1st being at Dassia) Despite the initial disappointment with our room, we were moved to a more suitable one and subsequently looked after by Fatima in guest relations who ensured we had a very enjoyable time. All the staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Special mention to Henry who served us in Season’s restaurant and to Jose Antonia our Sommelier. Also to the E concierge team who were constantly on hand to answer any questions and help ensure you had the best experience possible. The gardens and hotel are immaculate and everywhere is beautifully well kept and clean. We look forward to returning again next year 😊

We visited in the last week of the season, being 3 adults and a 10 year old. From being greeted at the transfer to the end of the holiday we were really looked after. The check in service is more personal and how it is completed at the lounge area. We met the lovely Fatima from Guest Relations, who was so smiley and friendly. Fatima continued to look after us during the holiday, she is an asset to the hotel. The hotel is so clean and well maintained, the gardens beautiful, everyone works so hard to keep the grounds well maintained. The resort feels very secure, there is security at the main entrance and then the beach access gates, this was reassuring. My 10 year old loved going to the children’s club, I have never seen facilities like this, the playground was amazing, my son doesn’t often like children’s club in resorts, this one he loved and looked forward to going to each day. He mentions Laurie and Carol as brilliant. The spa facilities are gorgeous and I had the most amazing hot stone massage. We enjoyed using the bus service to go to visit Puerto Banus. The communication by the WhatsApp concierge is brilliant, this really saved time on holiday by being able to make quick requests, the room service team were great quickly delivering food or extra drinks to enjoy in the room. During the week we were well looked after with food and drinks. Our favourite for a lunch time was Olivia. The servers were so helpful and the food delicious, especially Nicole and Diana. My mam has allergies and there is a food and beverage team that helps with pre orders and checking that the food is safe to eat. Marisofi was so impeccable and professional, we used to call her the magician, as if by magic when we were in the restaurant she would pop up. During our time we also enjoyed the wine tasting and cocktail experience, we were able to book this before we travelled. Communication even before we travelled was brilliant and we were able to make some bookings and requests. On the last morning we left early, and were able to pre order room service breakfast and a picnic basket for the airport. This was a magical memory making week that we didn’t want to end. We are looking forward to visiting other Ikos’ that we have booked next year.

We had an amazing stay at IKOS Andalusia between 18th - 27th October 2025. We were incredibly lucky with the weather. We had sunshine 27-30 C throughout our stay. The food and drinks were absolutely exquisite, so much choice and variety. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating from start to finish. But we have to single out Jerlyn as absolutely outstanding. Friendly, always with a smile on her face. A true professional and a real credit to the IKOS brand. We have stayed at 2 other IKOS hotels previously (Dassia and aria) but this was our favourite by far. We hope to come back again for another visit in the future.
