"A lovely location and good rooms"

The front of house Harvey went over and above to accommodate the people in the 4 rooms we booked especially when we had a problem with luggage. Made our stay stress free

The manager had charged us for one night we had cancelled on one room and thankfully Booking.com were on hand to sort it out.

Great location for my business in the NE. Staff were really great and the food too was super. Room was really comfortable. Great FOC drinks supplied. Nice bar as well.

WiFi needs improvement but that's it

The hotel was in the centre of the lovely little town of Sedgefield, which had lots of eating and drinking options. We booked because we were going to the nearby Sedgefield races.

Comfy rooms. Cosy dining room. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff. Though we were initially double-charged - it was sorted quickly when we went back (shouldn’t have happened in first place).

"Great Place to Stay"

Our stay was very comfortable, the room had everything you need for a long and was very clean however the bathroom was small and the shower water was very hot and couldn't be cooled down. Due to attending the 80s concert we couldn't check in until after the 11 o'clock deadline however the staff where happy to wait for us, Thank You. Breakfast was delicious and relaxing as its pre-booked and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a great place within Sedgefield.

"The Pickled Parsons- Great Value 👌"

I enjoyed the selection of local real ales at the bar along with a good choice of breakfast served to you at your table. Great country pub feel and atmosphere in this pub, and its well worth anyone's time for a quick getaway. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

There was limited space to sit when really busy. Reserving a table would be advisable. Some small decorating defects in the room we stayed in. However, the bed was really comfortable, and we had a great nights sleep. A larger choice of food on the menu would have been nice.
