The staff is fantastic. Every employee I encountered did their absolute best to solve the few problems I experienced with the property. Very king and professional.

overall good experience. The only issue was the POOL. Staff was not the best. Food experience and front deak experience were great.

The cost

Basic maintenance is missing. At check-in there was peeling paint on the wall from a water leak. Walking to our room we could feel the sagging floor under a thin carpet -- that was loose in places and a tripping hazard. We passed unwashed windows and windows with degraded putty. Other floor boards were cracked with degraded paint. In our room the windows had not been washed in a long time. The sink faucets were old and missing parts. The shower was plumbed backwards, with no hint from the hotel. We had one chair in a room for two, and no desk. We asked for a second chair and never got a response.

I had the pleasure of spending several days at Jekyll Island Club Resort last week, and it was an absolutely unforgettable experience. The property is stunning. From the moment you arrive, you are surrounded by a level of beauty, charm, and history that is truly unique. Walking the grounds, it is impossible not to be in awe when you realize this was once the retreat of some of the most influential families in American history, including the Rockefellers, J.P. Morgan, Joseph Pulitzer, William K. Vanderbilt, and Marshall Field. What made the stay even more special was the people. Every member of the team we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and kind. Their hospitality felt sincere and effortless, and it was clear they take great pride in both the property and the guest experience. The food was outstanding. Jekyll Island itself is a treasure, and the resort is the perfect place to experience it. If you appreciate beautiful surroundings, rich history, exceptional food, and truly gracious hospitality, I cannot recommend Jekyll Island Club Resort highly enough.

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. It was full a charm but what really made the experience was the staff. Every team member was warm, welcoming and genuinely cared about creating memorable experience. Highly recommend, make sure to say hi to CJ the Guest Experience Manager.

I drove down to jekyll for a bridal party for their pre-wedding Spray tans. I drove down Thursday and started spraying them by 6. the hotel was INCREDIBLE. plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. I sprayed 8 girls and 2 more the next morning and then headed back home. I hope for the chance to come baqck and have a full vacation. will bring my boys soon.

Fortunately I had business on Jekyll Island at the Club Resort, otherwise I would have probably never made a trip there. What a fantastic experience! Staff was attentive and grounds were impeccable. The atmosphere was so chill and it was like stepping a bit back in time. Made me want to give up my phone in the down time and just enjoy the peaceful serenity!

Loved our stay. Beaches are on the other side of the island but that was fine with us. Walkable little campus with so much charm.
