Their was only one mirror, which was in the bathroom, but no plug to use a hairdryer. There were 10 powerpoints in the bed room, but on mirror to help blow wave hair. No bedside tables. Mattress was rock hard

cancellation at last minute on tuesday 2nd due to the hotel had no water need credit back

Nice place to stay

Evening meals was very poor wouldn’t eat there again but breakfast was good

It was far away from the main road.

-Dripping bath tap in the bathroom to be told it is awaiting a plumber. -cracked toilet -over 8 minutes to be served for a drink and then when served, the lady was unaware of what drinks was sold and then decided to pour a pint for the chef before going to check if they did drinks. -when we had eaten and drank, no sign of the lady. So we had to leave and pay when we found her which was just before we went out to be told to wait as she diddnt know what we had ordered and needed to go back to the bar to get the order. -no soft drinks at 10.30 at night when it states drinks will be available until 11pm. -bits of toilet roll over the floor upon arrival. -knobs missing off the drawers -dead spider on the tv -plug socket by the dressing table was loose and made a noise if plug was not in properly. -cobwebs all over the ceiling. -did text the number as could not find staff and had no response. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Had some difficulty finding the place, satnav took us the wrong place but over all nothing really to moan about.

Location and gardens. The younger staff did a good job in difficult circumstances. Chicken burger was very good but my sons garlic bread was forgotten and then when we got it, it was obviously reheated in a microwave.

When we arrived, we were in a double room even when it clearly said twin on our booking and confirmation. They were found 2 singles. My husband turned on the hot tap in the sink, and it threw out a jet of steam that he is lucky didn't burn him and it set off the fire alarm which knocked out the electricity. They were moved to a twin room for the second night that was not comfortable and beside a marquee for an event. They were told there would be no restaurant for the second night. We had chocolate to leave in the room but due to having to move that was left in the car and melted. When my husband was leaving he commented about the hot water incident and was told be an older woman that they were having work done and nobody had checked the the work was done correctly or safe.
