Marston Farm Hotel

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice.

The rooms were very dated. We asked for a extra bed in the room before our arrival, but there wasn't one. The hot water in the sink tap was scalding hot, but not hot water in the shower. The fire alarm went off at 11.30pm, because someone had a shower and did not close the bathroom door - the steam from the shower set the alarm off.

Hotel was in a secluded but beautiful location.

The bed mattress could use replacing. It was very ‘pokey’.

Comfortable bed, large room, generally quiet situation.

The room was “tired” especially the bathroom which had missing fittings including shower head, and a cracked basin.

Fantastic setting in beautiful countryside setting. Ample parking. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lovely tea room, quirky and traditional. Superb friendly staff. Ample tea and coffee, refilled throughout experience. Not rushed at all. Fabulous selection of food. Superb scones with amazing clotted cream and individual pots of jam. 3 additional slices of cake each. Gorgeous brownie and other traditional cakes. Two ham rolls, two cheese and onion and two egg sandwiches, all on different types of bread. Side salad too. Brilliant staff member, very friendly, lovely atmosphere. Place is being renovated by new owners at present so can't wait to see how it looks later in the year. Will definitely be back

Lovely location, 10 mins drive from Drayton manor theme park.

TV in room didn't work. Difficult to locate any staff when arrived at breakfast. Put request on booking for a double and single bed in family room. Got a triple with 3 single beds. Asked about a takeaway out sandwich for theme park next day, but no one got back to me and no one on reception desk just a key drop.
