Marston Farm Hotel

Yet again another fantastic weekend at the Brook Marsden Farm . I have stayed here a weekend in May for many years with my daughter and my Border Terrier Boys. We have always been made welcome and Staff have been so pleasant and helpful. Nothing is a bother . I am booked in for next May already . We had a great nights sleep breakfast was great would not stay anywhere else , Yes some renovations are on going but they didn't spoil my stay at all. Nicola the manager is always accommodating and sees I am in a room on the ground floor as requested . This visit I would like to Thank Nicola, Evie , Jess and all The staff for looking after us great service .

The price was amazing especially as it included breakfast, with a hot option if wanted.

We had to swap rooms as the toilet cistern in the first one we were given was not working properly, but the new room was great.

Absolutely highly recommend this hotel for a wedding venue. Right from our first meeting with their amazing manager nicola, who is so organised professional and but us at ease throughout we have had the most special day ever. All our family and friends said the venue was so pretty, the grounds the food the staff just a great experience. The atmosphere was relaxed well organised. Thank you so much for a beautiful experience at your hotel.

Absolutely shocking. The rudest manager ever. Spoke to me like I was a piece of dirt because I complained about a couple arguing at 3am shouting and swearing for two nights. And because I had dared to discuss my experience with other guests over breakfast. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional

The young girl on reception, bar and waitresses duties was very pleasant.

The property is in the throes of refurbishment. What was once a fine looking building is at the moment more than a little run down. The food available is very limited, but for the one night of my stay, it was ok.

Location lovely old farm building in need of some serious investment could be great

poor breakfast tired and dated rooms pathways in courtyard need attention serious tripping hazards

The building pity it has become very shabby it must have been really lovely in days gone by

Things seemed old shower head fell off some lights not working.Very poor bar meal menu
