We loved our stay!!! Every staff member was kind professional and helpful!! I loved the roof top bar ! Very nice staff - I would like to see more water bottles in the rooms. The 2 small bottles is not enough for coffee and drinking . Excellent Hotel

"Joe = great customer service!"

Joe = top-notch customer service! I had a quick overnight trip in Portsmouth and chose to stay at the AC because of its price and proximity to the downtown shops and restaurants. Upon check-in, I realized I'd made a mistake in my reservation and Joe was incredibly kind and helpful and was able to remedy my mistake. Even after correcting my mistake, he continued to go above and beyond to offer great customer service. He is great! In terms of the room, I found it clean, comfortable, and modern. I would not hesitate to stay here again on any future trips to Portsmouth.
