The Crown hotel

A fabulous, friendly, historic hotel and bar. My room was beautiful and well-equipped. Loved it

Breakfast ok but needs more love Good bed, slept well Didn’t need it but big parking

Bar should be open for hotel guests on Christmas day Noise insulation in rooms is not great Staff shouldn’t start clearing up the breakfast room and spraying tables with cleaner when guests are still eating

The location was very central in Woodbridge. The room was large, well appointed and fairly quiet. The food was good with a limited menu.

The toilet didn't flush very well, but I didn't report until checking out. I didn't realise the door to the bar closed to keep some of the sound out from downstairs. I thought that the price I paid for bed and breakfast was a bit expensive.

Only one guy serving breakfast Did was cold then he said after many attempts that the grill had tripped???

Well staffed, good ratio to customers. Staff were polite and accommodating, great customer service from every interaction. Delicious food & drink and very reasonably priced.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a very good lunch party. The room was very comfortable. The staff were all exceptionally helpful.
